Application Scenario
In modern clinical medicine, ventilators, as an effective means of artificially replacing the function of autonomous ventilation, have been widely used in respiratory failure caused by various reasons, anesthesia respiratory management during major surgery, respiratory support treatment and emergency resuscitation, and occupy a very important position in the field of modern medicine. A ventilator is a vital medical device that can prevent and treat respiratory failure and save and prolong the life of a patient.Complete ventilator equipment includes Ventilators, breathing circuits, humidifiers, breathing filters, catheter mount, masks and breathing bag. The complete anesthesia machine equipment includes Anesthesia Machine, anesthesia circuit, filter and breathing bag, and anesthesia mask, oropharyngeal airway or laryngeal mask are also needed according to the specific conditions of the patient. It is mainly used in professional medical places, that is, those places where medically trained personnel continuously monitor or manage the use of medical devices, including but not limited to hospitals, nursing homes, nursing homes, emergency medical service stations, clinics, doctor's offices, outpatient treatment rooms, or clinical laboratory.
The suction machine is mainly an electric multi-functional negative pressure suction and a simple manual suction device, and the operation end needs to be connected to the suction tube before it can be used. It is used for routine suction, suction after tracheostomy, etc., and is suitable for timely suction treatment when there is respiratory mucus or vomiting in hospitals or households. Oxygen supplementation can be used as part of the management of patients with chronic, acute-to-chronic, and acute respiratory disorders. The amount of supplemental oxygen depends on the needs of each patient in different situations. Endpoints for treatment are usually predetermined by the health management team, e.g. target values for oxygen saturation. The amount of supplemental oxygen can be controlled by the flow rate. Consumables commonly used for oxygen therapy include nasal oxygen tubes, nebulizers and masks, and Venturi masks.

It is widely used in the identification of human health status and the evaluation of work ability.Through the flow sensor, the product measures the flow and capacity of the patient's exhaled or inhaled gas, and analyzes the lung ventilation indicators of human respiratory physiology according to the time-volume curve and flow-volume curve, such as slow lung capacity, maximum autonomous ventilation volume and forced vital capacity.Lung function test products typically consist of a host, flow sensors, and accessories such as disposable spirometry filters, nose clips, mouthpieces, etc. Spirometry filters are used in pulmonary function tests to capture bacteria, viruses, and other particulate matter, reducing the risk of cross-contamination between the patient and the machine. Applicable to a variety of mainstream brand machines on the market, such as: Jager, Cosmed, Micro, Mir,and so on. Filters can be equipped with accessories such as nose clips, bites and adapters.
Transducer protectors are used in hemodialysis blood lines to keep the blood side of the circuit separated from the machine side, and this prevents contamination of the machine by the blood flowing through the circuit. This contamination could be very dangerous and can lead to patient cross contamination with hepatitis B or other virus. Transducer protectors let air pass while preventing the blood from passing through.

Filters for autoclaves are designed to allow the removal of internal vapors from medical autoclaves while retaining the microbial load. The filter has 1/8 PT (BSPT) thread, 1/8NPT thread, 1/8GT thread three kinds of threaded connectors are optional.
A HEPA filter is a filter with a strong ability to filter small particles. HEPA filters remove more than 99.9% of particles from the airflow passing through them. These particles can be allergens, viruses, bacteria, chemical compounds, dust, and more. This is a great help for people with asthma, allergies, or people with respiratory problems. Filters consist of a randomly arranged web of fibers, usually layers of cellulose, synthetic fibers, or glass fibers. These fibers are arranged in an accordion shape, which gives them a greater ability to trap particles. HEPA filters can be subdivided into H0-H14 according to the current European grades. Among them, the H13 grade HEPA filter element can achieve a removal efficiency of 99.95% of particles larger than 0.3 microns, and the H14 grade HEPA filter element can reach 99.995%. The filtration rate of our HEPA filter can reach 99.999, which belongs to the H14 level. HEPA filters are widely used in hospitals, laboratories and precision instrument production workshops with strict air quality requirements. It can be used in vacuum cleaners, fume extractors, clean room filters, cabin air and HVAC systems, oxygen concentrators, ventilators and more.
IV filters are the ideal barrier to prevent these bacteria, fungi and particles from entering the patient's body by eliminating bacteria, fungi and particles that could produce a dangerous immune response or cause phlebitis or infection. Our 0.2 μm PES membrane will eliminate Brevmonas parvum and our 1.2 μm PES membrane will eliminate Candida albicans. Filters are especially suitable for the following filtration applications: aqueous solutions for intravenous infusion, intravenous therapy, chemotherapy, antibiotic therapy, nutritional mixtures, total parenteral nutrition and lipid solutions (1.2 μm), drug delivery therapy (recommended for oncology drugs ), blood separation solution, dialysate for kidney dialysis. The IV infusion set can be used for normal gravity infusion, infusion pump infusion, and epidural anesthesia injection.
As a common medical consumable, the infusion set must be aseptically processed to establish a channel between the vein and the liquid medicine. The traditional infusion set is made of PVC, which has the advantages of good flexibility, good thermal stability, and good process performance; the new type of infusion set is made of TPE, which is considered to be a safer and higher-performance material for making disposable infusion sets. It has the advantages of low coefficient of friction, improved physical properties, non-stick, and excellent elasticity for products requiring peristaltic motion. Both materials do not contain (DEHP) and other plasticizers, no latex, safe and non-toxic.
 
Leukocyte filter is used to remove leukocytes and microaggregates in whole blood/erythrocyte suspension/platelet after blood collection and blood separation, and protect patients from leukocyte-related transfusion complications, such as GVH disease and adverse reactions, etc. As a disposable product, there are bedside type and blood bank type, mainly used in hospitals and blood banks. Through the filter, the residual white blood cell count is less than 1.0×10E6/unit, and the recovery rate of red blood cells or platelets is greater than 85%.
